Life on the Moon in the Near Future

We’re super excited to launch our first contest! For this initial competition, our theme is Life on the Moon in the Near Future.

It seems likely that humans will establish a permanent settlement on the Moon in the next 75-100 years. But how will we get from here to there? What will life be like on the Moon?

The winner will receive $250.00 USD in Bitcoin.

What We’re Looking For

Original, exciting stories of 1,000 words or less that explore the idea of living on the Moon in the near future. By near future, we mean between 2030 and 2130 – and not a distant, unknown future of 3,000 A.D. or a fantastical physics-bending world set in an alternate universe.

The story should involve the theme at some level. There does not need to be a direct or obvious link, but there should be some connection. Be creative!

Deadline

Stories must be submitted by Saturday, April 30, at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard Time via the form linked below. No late stories will be accepted.
